Shipping and Delivery

  4. Risk of loss and title for Products purchased pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before the order is shipped.
  2. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the Products are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Certain items, including personalized jewelry, sale items, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
  4. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through the contact information provided on our Website.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Products, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  6. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.

Product Warranty

  1. All Products come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery.
  2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
  3. Imitation jewelry requires proper care. We are not responsible for tarnishing, discoloration, or damage resulting from exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, or improper storage.
  4. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  5. Our liability under the warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
